Winner of the 2019 "Village Préféré des Français" award, the small port of St Vaast la Hougue can be proud of its popularity with visitors. It's a charming, well-preserved place, with its flagship activities of oyster farming, fishing and market gardening, all of which have made the town's reputation. The owners fell under the spell of this end of the world and built this contemporary-style house in town. It features a large mezzanine upstairs, ideal for relaxing. With a bedroom and bathroom on each level, it's perfect for two couples who want to make the most of the area. Everything can be done on foot from the gîte (shops, market, port and seaside).

Excellent holiday. Very fine house. Distance to centre ville in a few minutes on foot.
Cosy little village and harbour. Site Vauban very interesting. Beautifull region with lot of interesting topics. Top stay.- Cleanliness

Samson Fô-Pli En pays ostréicole
Très bien situé, proche du centre-ville et du port sans aucune difficulté de stationnement. Nous avons une semaine tranquille. Aux légumes du Val de Saire et des huîtres de Saint-Vaast. Nombreuses ballades proches.
La maison est très confortable. et facile pour une semaine.
Deux petites choses (mais très annexes, compte tenu de la qualité générale) : espace cuisine un peu réduit (rangements) et manque de fourchettes à huîtres.
