If you take the coastal road along the majestic Mont St-Michel bay, you'll be delighted to discover the small hamlet of Les Buternes, which faces this enchanting backdrop. Tiphaine and Josselin have worked hard to completely restore this family heritage, so dear to their hearts. The result is 2 independent gîtes (6 people), a beautiful setting for families wishing to enjoy Mont St-Michel in peace and quiet. Perfectly equipped and bright, the "Grange" has a view of the marvel, depending on the season and the crops grown in the neighboring field. Direct access to the GR223. The old barn offers a lovely covered area for meals or games. Ideal if you wish to rent both accommodations!
Detached house entirely on ground floor. Kitchen (filter coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, microwave) opening onto living room (TV, Internet). Laundry room with toilet (washing machine). Bedroom 1 (bed 160x200) with private shower room. Steps lead up to bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x190), bedroom 3 (bed 160x200) and bathroom with shower. wc. Baby equipment available on request. Bed linen and towels provided. Beds made on arrival. Housekeeping included. Electric heating included. Wifi Internet access. Adjoining a large converted barn. Terrace. Garden furniture. Picnic table. Barbecue. Petanque court. Table tennis. Parking lot. Private enclosed garden. For arrivals after 6:00 pm, a key box is available. Malaga Vue magique
Séjour fort agréable de plusieurs jours.
Gîte propre, spacieux et aménagé avec soin. En retrait de la route passante. Belle vue sur le Mont Saint michel du matin au soir. Le temps a été magnifique, nous avons pu profiter des extérieurs (terrain de boules et terrasse). Roulant en tout électrique, nous avons pu recharger facilement dans les villes aux alentours.
Nous recommandons la visite du mont saint michel à partir de 15:00 (parking gratuit à partir de 18:00 et moins de monde en fin de journée dans l’abbaye).
Nous sommes allés également facilement visiter Saint-Malo une journée.
Nous recommandons le restaurant La Fermette pour savourer l’agneau des Près Salé.
Petits axes d’amélioration pour les longs séjours : installer un espace bureau (pour les élèves studieux), ainsi qu’un fauteuil avec appuie tête pour la lecture ou tout simplement reposer ses cervicales.

PL Grandiose
Réservation pour trois couples d’amis. L’accueil est parfait, le logement est propre. La vue est exceptionnelle ! Aucune différence entre les photos et la réalité.
50 minutes montre en main pour arriver au pied du Mont-Saint-Michel, ça passe vite avec ce paysage et l’arrêt au stand pour une petite madeleine et un café dans le magasin typique.

La localisation du gite est parfaite pour prendre le temps de profiter de la magie du Mont Saint-Michel sous toutes ces facettes. Le gite est aussi très bien aménagé mais une grange (table ping-pong) très pratique pour les enfants.

Christelle Parfait !
Excellent séjour. Le gite est très propre, confortable et lumineux. Très agréable même en automne. Vraiment super de pouvoir rejoindre le Mont Saint Michel à pied à travers les prés-salés. Je recommande vivement !
