This former farmhouse is perfectly equipped and comfortable. Formerly a wine press, the building has been completely renovated for the enjoyment of holidaymakers. Nadine has skilfully decorated the bedrooms, including the large one on the first floor with direct access to the terrace. The living room is bright and airy, and there are 2 terraces to choose from, depending on the weather. With its enclosed grounds and adapted facilities, the house is ideal for young children. Located in the center of the peninsula, you can easily discover the treasures of the Cotentin region, including the beaches, the village of Ste Mère Eglise and the Cité de la Mer in Cherbourg.
House adjoining a dwelling. Access via 3-step staircase. Entrance with laundry room (washing machine). Living room (satellite TV, wifi internet) with open-plan kitchen (oven, induction hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, espresso machine, traditional coffee maker). Separate toilet. Shower room with wall-mounted changing table. Bedroom 1 (bed 160x200). Upstairs, bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x190 with desk), bedroom 3 (bed 140x190) and bathroom with toilet and washbasin. Baby equipment on request. Electric heating included. Bed linen and towels provided. Beds made up on arrival. Cleaning service available on request. Private enclosed courtyard. Terrace with garden furniture. Wooden terrace on front side. Barbecue. Shelter (ping pong table). Parking space.

We highly recommend renting this cottage. We had a wonderful stay.
Welcome:
Very professional and attentive. The cottage was very clean, and everything was delivered as agreed. For example, all the beds were made and there were enough towels.Gîte:
The cottage is new. It was in perfect state. No defects were found. The equipment (kitchen, dishes, cutlery) was complete and of very good quality. Better than ever! The bedrooms were spacious and easily accessible. The bathroom was beautiful, with a fantastic shower. The beds and furniture were comfortable. Terraces on either side of the cottage allowed us to choose whether to enjoy the sun or not.Areas for Improvement:
The cottage exceeded all our expectations. Therefore, it is almost impossible to consider improvements. However, we were able to suggest a few:
1) Add a screendoor to limit flies in the cottage.
2) Larger cupboards for supplies, groceries, and other items.
3) The Wi-Fi wasn't always good. We had to reboot the router frequently.Thank you for a wonderful vacation. Your cottage is absolutely fantastic!

Le gite est très agréable, calme, très bien décoré.
