This Countryside house is a green paradise just 1km from Sciotot Beach, voted France's favorite beach in 2025 by the NGO Surfrider. This former 18th-century coaching inn has a remarkable cachet, as evidenced by the monumental stone steps. The living rooms are ideal for sharing with family and friends around the fireplace or the large dining room table. The bedrooms are spread over 2 upper levels, and you'll love getting "lost" in the staircases and corridors of this vast residence. There's also pleasure to be had outside, in the pleasant garden with its pergola. The owners, Laurent and Régine, live on site, and now offer their former main house. They have deliberately left many books and games for holidaymakers to enjoy in their very own home. They are keen to share with you their attachment to this peaceful place and this fabulous Cotentin peninsula.
