At their highest point, the lush green hills of this area mark the entrance to the Bay of Mont St-Michel, offering a beautiful undulating landscape where granite outcrops everywhere. This is where Myriam and Cédric decided to write a new chapter in their family life. Having fallen under the spell of this vast 9-hectare estate, they invite you to share their corner of nature for an invigorating stay. Exposed stone and warm blond wood give this home a real authenticity, enhanced on the west side by its contemporary, fully-glazed gable. It floods the living room and mezzanine with light. At the entrance to the estate, this atypical house is laid out over 3 levels, with open-plan rooms that encourage communal living. You'll be free to enjoy the large landscaped park of one hectare with games and tennis court, and the owners plan to mark out a discovery trail between rocks, undergrowth and water by the summer.
Detached house. Kitchen (oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer), living room (TV, DVD player, WIFI internet), shower room with wc. Upstairs, mezzanine bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bed 140x190), mezzanine lounge above living room. Second floor, second bedroom on mezzanine (2 beds 90x190). Baby equipment on request. Electric heating included. All charges included. Bed linen provided and beds made on arrival. Bathroom linen supplied. End-of-stay cleaning service extra. Green park shared with owners. Private landscaped area with terrace, garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue. Piscine (11x4m), covered and heated from June to August (May and September depending on weather), shared with the owners. Tennis court (rackets available) shared with owners. Parking.

Mary Excellent stay
The Gite was beautiful and exceptionally clean. Lots of space both in the living areas and in the bedrooms. The pool was fabulous. There was everything one would need for a great stay.
The owners met us on our arrival and were very welcoming .
We would highly recommend this gite for a quiet stay in the French countryside. Also very close to Mont St Michel and beautiful little towns.- Cleanliness

Hickey Home from home in La Bergerie
Cedric and Mimi welcomed us into their holiday home like we were one of the family. On the first night when we arrived there was nowhere open nearby for food and they offered us a meal. We eventually found somewhere but the thought was so kind and they made us feel at home. The house was immaculate wit mostly new equipment. They left us a bottle of cider and some biscuits which we thought was a nice touch. The pool is shared however they allowed is to have our privacy and didn't impose upon us, using the pool mostly when we weren't there. We loved this stay, after a hard year this stay gave us a chance to have some family bonding time. Thanks Cedric and Mimi for your welcoming hospitality.

Florence Excellent séjour
Accueil chaleureux de la famille d'hôtes avec une grande générosité. Gîte situé au calme de la campagne, nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. Les hôtes sont très réactifs et soucieux du bien-être des vacanciers.

Lein Fantastisch huis
Heerlijke tijd gehad in dit fijne huis.
Als je rust wil, maar wel actief bent ( zwembad/ tennisbaan!) is dit echt de plek voor een heerlijke vakantie. Het huis is prachtig en apart.De eigenaren zijn ook erg aardig en behulpzaam.
