In the quiet of a country cul-de-sac, Eric welcomes you to La Barbinière. With his Savoyard accent and good humor, he'll tell you all about his change of life and the attractions of this area that have won him over. He's taken great care to furnish this large gîte, where it's a pleasure to meet up with friends. Take advantage of the library or the connected sound system in the large, convivial living room. Another 6-bed gîte is also available on site. In this hilly area, the village of St Laurent offers many beautiful walks and steep paths. In the center of the village, 1km away, you'll find "Le Mailo", a family-run restaurant (lunchtimes Monday to Friday) and L'Alroz, a bar-grocery store with concert evenings in summer. In addition to the inevitable Mont St-Michel, take advantage of your stay to discover St Malo, Granville or Fougères! VTC chauffeur service available on request.

Nous avons passé un super weekend détente entre amis.
Gîte très agréable, très spacieux, propre, lumineux, dans la nature.
Le propriétaire est accueillant & joviale, il nous a expliqué ses futurs projets pour rendre ce gîte encore plus attirant.

Canteleu Que du bonheur
Accueil chaleureux, propriétaire aux petits soins pour nous, gîte spacieux, très bien insonorisé, électroménager aux petits soins top , rien ne manque.
On peut déjeuner dehors devant la maison et profiter du salon de jardin pour boire le café ou faire la sieste .

MCEC Gîte idéal en famille ou entre amis
Excellent séjour en famille dans ce gîte de la Barbiniere, très agréable, spacieux, bien agencé, propre, l accueil et la disponibilité de notre hôte est rassurant.
Environnement très paisible et situation géographique au top pour visiter Le Mont Saint Michel, Saint Malo, Dol de Bretagne, Avranches, Granville, etc.

séjour août 2025 Gîte la Barbinière à saint Laurent de Terregatte
Le gîte est très agréable de par son emplacement en pleine nature. l'arrivée des lièvres dans la cour en début de soirée est une curiosité plaisante pour les grands et les petits! l'aménagement du gîte est très pratique et de bonne qualité (matelas, oreillers, électroménagers...).
Le passage discret du propriétaire pour vérifier que nous sommes bien installés est fort appréciable. On se sent chez un peu chez nous.
peut être la seule remarque à faire c'est d'organiser une des chambres doubles avec deux lits simples.
