In the heart of the village of St Pair sur Sea, this beautiful stone building boasts a superb furnished apartment on the top floor. Having fallen under the spell of this small seaside resort on the outskirts of Granville, the owners have completely refurbished the 90m² available. The large living room offers a very comfortable kitchen area, a real living room for the whole family and a clear entrance for greater convenience. Light floods through, and the view of the corniche and Granville harbor is remarkable from both the kitchen and the master bedroom. From this hilltop and peaceful residential area, you can walk down to the nearby shops (300m) and, of course, the Beach (500m). The Sea water swimming pool ensures you'll be able to swim whatever the tide, and the Casino is a great idea for a family outing!

Open-plan kitchen (oven, induction hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine). 1 bedroom (bed 160x200) with wall cupboard. Bedroom 2 (3 beds 90x200) with wall cupboard. Shower room with WC (washing machine). Baby equipment on request (high chair, bath bouncer, potty and Umbrella bed). Electric heating included. Cleaning service extra. Bed linen provided. Linen for hire. No private parking.

Lucie Très bel appartement
Très bel appartement, bien aménagé et très confortable.
A deux pas du centre où l'on trouve tous les commerçants et la mer!
Pied à terre idéal pour visiter la région : Granville, les îles Chausey, le.Mont Saint Michel...tres belles balades/randonnées tout près.

Gérald Joli et comfortable appartement
Ce gïte est parfait pour une famille qui cherche un endroit calme et comfortable. Nous avons été très bien accueillies par la concierge qui nous a en plus donné quelques bons conseils sur les commerces locaux et les choses à voir aux alentours.
L'emplacement de l'appartement est très pratique pour ceux qui aiment se déplacer sans véhicule: environ 5mn à pied du centre ville et de la plage. Granville est á 5/10mn en voiture et le Mont Saint Michel à moins d'une heure.
La vue sur le phare de Granville et la plage est merveilleuse et reposant.

Malgré un jour de pluie la ville de st pair est très agréable
La région est jolie, mont st Michel et cancale
Granville est très sympa et les huîtres excellentes
