When you book this property, you're in the geographical heart of the Cotentin region: Barneville-Carteret and its beaches are 25 minutes away, as is the D-Day Landing Museum at Utah Beach. Valognes, the little Versailles of Normandy, is just 10 minutes away, while Cherbourg is less than 30 minutes away.

Ground floor: fitted kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, etc.) opening onto a large living room (TV), utility room, laundry room (washing machine/dryer), large 19m² bedroom with 160cm bedding and wardrobe, shower room with WC. The ground floor is accessible to people with reduced mobility. Upstairs, a shower room, separate WC, a second bedroom (20m²) with 140cm bedding and 90cm single bed, and a third bedroom (36m²) with 3 90cm beds. Outside, you'll find a south-facing terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, and a vast enclosed courtyard at the rear of the house, plus a large shed for storing your car or testing your skills on the ping-pong table.
