Completed in 2022, this new bungalow boasts a remarkable location just off the Portbail dunes. You'll find the beach at the end of the road (350m) and the pleasure of being able to walk to the sea. Facing the island of Jersey, this small Cotentin seaside resort is one of the most peaceful in the world. It's a paradise for families, who can enjoy a range of nearby leisure activities, including sand yachting! Laurent and Laurence welcome you to their comfortable gîtes. The first floor is particularly spacious, with 2 large bedrooms separated by a large shower room, making it ideal for 2 couples. A real living room is provided on the landing, which children will love. The house is adjoined by a second gîte (11 pers.). The village of Portbail and its shops are on the other side of the harbor, more than 2 km away. The nearby resort of Barneville-Carteret offers ferry links to the Channel Islands.

Belle maison , calme, mer : au top !
5/5Belle maison neuve située au calme et très proche de la plage. Aménagement au top : cuisine, salle de bain, literie ! place pour se garer; terrain clôturé avec terrasse. Tout est très bien pensé, l'aménagement est fait avec goût. Très bon Accueil et disponibilité des propriétaires : merci
