Sabrina and Mickaël welcome you to this former farmhouse on the seafront. Behind the beach, this old mansion now offers 3 vacation rentals "with their feet in the water", or almost! All you have to do is cross the seawall road to spread your towel on the sand. With a superb view from Tatihou Island to the cliffs of Omaha Beach, the hamlet of Les Gougins is a lovely place to stay. The owners will be delighted to share their little paradise with you. With its generous surface area and enclosed grounds, this gîte is ideal for families. Glimpses of the sea from the bedrooms will cheer you up every morning! Possibility of parking a boat on the owner's private land.
House adjoining another rental. Living room (TV, internet via ADSL box) with kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge with freezer, microwave), shower room with toilet. Yann Séjour à Utah beach
Belle situation à 2 pas de la mer. Escalier dangereux pour adultes et enfants.Plus de couverts éviterait de faire fonctionner le lave-vaisselle si souvent. Des rideaux ou volets sont nécessaires ( surtout l’été) .
Sinon, endroit très calme et plaisant près de lieux touristiques. Propriétaire sympa!- Cleanliness

MvH a happy week!
Unfortunately, due to thunderstorm, wifi was out of order a few times. So no internet, no television. But owner was quick in making repairs!
I would have liked tv stations in other languages than French.
The window in the 3rd bedroom (which we didn't use) is quite small. That room is dark and not very inviting.
The bathroom was downstairs, which in itself is no problem. There was a toilet upstairs, but in that toilet there was no possibility to wash your hands nor was there tapwater
The fact that the house is situated at the seafront is wonderful - downside is that shops can only be reached by car, including bakery and supermarket.
But all in all: we had a wonderful time in a very nice house!- Cleanliness
