With its exceptional location in front of the slipway to Barneville's long beach, this late 19th-century villa is a charming address on the west coast of the Cotentin peninsula. In addition to enjoying the sound of the waves every hour of the day, this tastefully decorated home offers real living comfort. Its spaciousness, walled garden and balcony overlooking Jersey are a delight. Just cross the street to enjoy the beach, or curl up in the bow window lounge. In any case, the cottage's gentle, peaceful atmosphere ensures a real iodine interlude! Restaurant in the immediate vicinity. Embark for the Channel Islands from the port of Carteret. A second 4-person gîte is just behind. Opaque filters are fitted to the windows to block views (kitchen and dining room).

5/5Quel bonheur cette villa Mon plaisir ! On s'y sent à la fois dépaysé et comme chez soi. Le confort, la situation, l'accueil des propriétaires : toutes les conditions sont réunies pour un séjour excellent même lorsque le temps est incertain. Nous nous réjouissons d'y retourner l'an prochain.

Idéal repos et accès à la mer.
5/5Petite maison à l'intérieur soigné et confortable.
Situation exceptionnelle avec une petite rue à traverser pour gagner la plage.
Les seuls bémols sont le jardin un peu exposé à la vue des passants et l'absence de garage / parking.
Bon point de départ par ailleurs pour découvrir une région et une côte magnifiques, en vélo ou à pied.
