Spacious house (280 m²), adjoining the owners' home. Ground floor: 50 m² living room with sitting area, fireplace, TV, equipped kitchen. Bedroom 1 with terrace (easy access for the disabled): 180cm bed, private shower room and toilet. 1st floor: 3 independent bedrooms, each with 180cm bed. 2 shower rooms and 2 wc. 2nd floor: Attic bedroom (bed 180) and comfortable dormitory (5 beds 90). Bathroom with shower and bath, wc. Relaxation area (sauna, treadmill) available subject to availability. L-V, L-L and tumble dryer. Wifi Internet access. Aerothermal heating included.
