Large gîte with games room, perfect for young and old alike!

In the idyllic setting of the green Iton valley, nestles this lovely gîte, where Sharon and Jean-Christophe will be delighted to welcome you. Conceived as a real vacation home with beautiful, comfortable spaces, it has everything you need for an excellent stay: porch, fireplace, libraries and children's games, not forgetting the games room in the outbuilding with billiards, table soccer, air-hockey and table tennis. Outside, a large 700 m² enclosed garden is in full bloom in fine weather. You'll also meet Teddy, the adorable pony who lives here. In the background, the Iton River borders the property, but in complete safety. Nearby, Acquigny, on the banks of the Eure, offers restaurants and shops. A little further on, you'll find the lively town of Louviers, and to the south, Évreux and its cathedral. Hikers will be delighted to be able to join the GR222 trail about two kilometers from the gîte.

Ground floor: Entrance into large, cosy living room with fireplace and study area. A few steps lead down to the well-equipped kitchen with dining area, wood-burning stove, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Large opening onto the garden. UPSTAIRS: Large bedroom with double bed (160X200) and crib, with en-suite bathroom (bath and shower) and toilet. Half-floor, accessed via a small landing: green bedroom with three single beds and separate bathroom with bath and toilet. On the upper floor: the third bedroom, which children will love with its library and play area. Two single beds.
