The ambience: a trendy, indus'-minded spirit with a studio glass roof, a beautiful iron staircase or the "home-made" dining table, blended with the wood and cocooning feel of the living room, in warm hues. The bedrooms are just as pretty and comfortable (note the king-size bedding), and the bathroom facilities superb. A great team effort! The outside areas are fully enclosed and yours alone; the small garden opens onto an orchard where sheep sometimes graze. You're in a quiet hamlet just 2 km from Gasny, where you'll find all the shops you need: why not cycle down there? Nearby, the superb landscapes of the Seine Valley, Giverny and La Roche Guyon.

Entrance partially separated by a workshop-style glass roof that opens onto the spacious living room: large, well-equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace, lovely shower room with large walk-in shower, separate toilet with washbasin, storage space. A lovely industrial-style staircase leads up to the first floor, where you'll find 3 pretty bedrooms facing the garden and countryside: two are doubles (160x200 beds), each with a different decor, while the third is a family room with 4 single beds (90x200). Second shower room with another large shower; separate wc. Large courtyard on one side with a first terrace, a small covered shelter and a garage for bikes and motorcycles, and a small garden (500 m²) on the other with the second terrace. Table tennis.
