Along the Risle valley, Corneville is a pretty, peaceful village nestled between the Forest and the river, just a stone's throw from Pont-Audemer, Normandy's little Venice, where it's good to stroll. At its heart, Ostara is a lovely vacation home with the character of an old house, half-timbered walls and traditional tiles, floor tiles and beams, a wood-burning stove, a terrace and a garden all to ourselves to enjoy the fine weather. Cécilia has tastefully decorated the house, bringing it up to date with modern codes, light and all the comforts expected for a zen stay. And she's succeeded, because we feel really comfortable here, ready to disconnect! You'll love the warmth and spaciousness of the living room. On the leisure side: table soccer, daydreaming on the chaise longue, playing in the garden, reading or sunbathing on the deckchairs, cycling along the narrow paths or discovering the nuggets offered by this superb region of the Seine Normandy Loops Natural Park.

Ground floor: entrance area into the kitchen, functional with its central island and well-equipped with appliances; table soccer. The room descends (2 steps) to the large, bright living room, which opens onto the garden, either fully enclosed or open onto the kitchen to create a beautiful space: dining area and cosy lounge by the pellet stove; smart TV (access to Netflix and Amazon prime, Orange bouquet). Bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Upstairs, large attic bedroom with 160x200 double bed and two single beds. Nice terrace with shade sail and furniture for your meals, and in front of your private semi-enclosed garden of approx. 400 m² with sunbathing area. Behind the Holiday cottage and Cécilia's house, you have access to the large shared garden. Bikes (2 electric), molkky, badminton, fishing rods are available; the river is 600 m away. You may be visited by the house cats; yours are welcome.
