The Coriou house is located in the heart of the beautiful village of Chaise Dieu du Theil, typical of this superb region of southern Eure through which the Iton river flows. This pretty traditional house has been completely renovated by an architect in a contemporary spirit: spacious rooms and modern colors await you. With its large bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and spacious dining area, it's the ideal place for a successful stay with family or friends. When the weather's fine, the garden and terrace are ideal for relaxing. There's plenty to do on site, from Hiking to pétanque and fly-fishing. Every Friday evening, you can enjoy a craft market with on-site catering, and from mid-June to early September, musical entertainment. The unmissable Center Parcs is just 9 km away. Heritage enthusiasts will be delighted to visit Verneuil-d'Avre-et-d'Iton, a City of Art and History.
