In a small corner of the Countryside where the roads undulate between typical villages, pastures, fields and forests, the Made in Normandy holiday cottage is the ideal place for a well-deserved break, for couples or families. You'll fall under the spell of this charming half-timbered cottage and its peaceful setting. The interior is warm and comfortable, a real cocoon, with all the codes that give character to the old buildings we love so much (thatch topped with irises, attic rooms, exposed beams) but also all the modern comforts. In the garden, there's plenty of space to relax, play and enjoy meals in fine weather. Samantha has planned plenty of games for everyone, but above all a superb covered and heated Piscine! By bike, on foot or jogging, you'll enjoy the friendly village 2 km away, where you can do your shopping (bakery, butcher, delicatessen), pick up your magazines from the press or have a drink. Nearby, don't miss the superb Château de Beaumesnil.

Outside: You'll enjoy a large private swimming pool in a beautiful covered area: the 15x5-meter pool (1 to 2.50 m deep) is heated to a minimum of 20°C from April, then 25°C from May 30 to September 30.
Enjoy the peace and quiet of the 7,500 m² wooded park with sunbathing areas and deckchairs, dine outside on the terrace, play pétanque, table tennis, croquet, soccer goal and rent bikes for outings.
Ground floor: enter through the well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, cooking and barbecue utensils), which opens onto the bright living room: comfortable lounge with corner sofa and dining area by the bay window; TV and home cinema. Bathroom with toilet and practical laundry/storage room. ON THE FIRST FLOOR, the 2 attic bedrooms with exposed beams each feature a 2x2m king-size bed and TV; one also has a study. Second independent toilet.
