Set amidst cow pastures and facing the forest, this superb traditional timber-framed country house offers a warm welcome. Entirely designed in a "vacation" spirit, it offers everything you need to escape with family or friends. Outside, you'll find a vast garden of almost an acre for yourselves, where you can run around, lounge in the deckchairs or play: it's paradise here: table tennis, soccer goal and balls, portico, skittles, sandpit, badminton and a real pro's petanque court! Inside, bright rooms like the living room open onto the garden and countryside thanks to its large picture windows, and different areas where you can meet up or take time out to read your favourite book. On the leisure side, there's a play area for the little ones and a table soccer table for the grown-ups.
Pont-Audemer, a lovely little town on the banks of the river, is just 5 minutes away and offers a wide range of shops and leisure activities.

On the ground floor, the entrance leads to the large living room: well-equipped open-plan kitchen, with a bar for conviviality, living room in front of the wood-burning stove with TV and comfortable dining area; table soccer. A double bedroom (160x200 bed and baby bed) with sitting area; lovely bathroom with bathtub, large walk-in shower and double vanity unit; separate toilet with washbasin and linen closet. Upstairs, large landing with a second lounge, play area for the little ones (secure staircase: removable barrier) and office area. 3 attractive bedrooms: one twin (2 beds 90x200), one double (bed 160x200) and one triple with 3 single beds 90x200. Separate bathroom and toilet with washbasin. Very large, enclosed private garden of approx. 4500 m² with plenty of outdoor play equipment. From November to March, some outdoor equipment is stored away (hammock, garden furniture, ping pong table...): don't hesitate to ask the owner to take it out for you. Bicycle hire 5 km away. Fireworks prohibited.
