Set amidst cow pastures and facing the forest, this superb traditional timber-framed country house offers a warm welcome. Entirely designed in a "vacation" spirit, it offers everything you need to escape with family or friends. Outside, you'll find a vast garden of almost an acre for yourselves, where you can run around, lounge in the deckchairs or play: it's paradise here: table tennis, soccer goal and balls, portico, skittles, sandpit, badminton and a real pro's petanque court! Inside, bright rooms like the living room open onto the garden and countryside thanks to its large picture windows, and different areas where you can meet up or take time out to read your favourite book. On the leisure side, there's a play area for the little ones and a table soccer table for the grown-ups.
Pont-Audemer, a lovely little town on the banks of the river, is just 5 minutes away and offers a wide range of shops and leisure activities.
On the ground floor, the entrance leads to the large living room: well-equipped open-plan kitchen, with a bar for conviviality, living room in front of the wood-burning stove with TV and comfortable dining area; table soccer. A double bedroom (160x200 bed and baby bed) with sitting area; lovely bathroom with bathtub, large walk-in shower and double vanity unit; separate toilet with washbasin and linen closet. Upstairs, large landing with a second lounge, play area for the little ones (secure staircase: removable barrier) and office area. 3 attractive bedrooms: one twin (2 beds 90x200), one double (bed 160x200) and one triple with 3 single beds 90x200. Separate bathroom and toilet with washbasin. Very large, enclosed private garden of approx. 4500 m² with plenty of outdoor play equipment. From November to March, some outdoor equipment is stored away (hammock, garden furniture, ping pong table...): don't hesitate to ask the owner to take it out for you. Bicycle hire 5 km away. Fireworks prohibited.

Magnifique gîte typiquement normand.
Les extérieurs sont très bien aménagés et plairont aux petits et grands (toboggan, balançoire, trampoline, panier de basket, terrain de pétanque, table de ping pong...)Le gîte est très bien agencé et très propre. Nous avons passé un excellent WE en famille avec de l'espace pour chacun. Il y a tout l'équipement nécessaire (vaisselle en nombre, appareils électroménagers...). La décoration est faite avec goût. Les lits sont faits à l'arrivée et le ménage est inclus.
Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Cricri26 Séjour au gîte à Noël
Gîte refait à neuf, lumineux, confortable et très bien équipé. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille dans la campagne normande.
Petit bémol bien que convenu : prévoir un coût supplémentaire pour l'électricité surtout en hiver.- Cleanliness

le séjour était parfait malgré une météo maussade.... Le gîte est absolument parfait, très joliment décoré, la literie exceptionnelle et l'accueil par la propriétaire très naturel et agréable.... Un gîte dans lequel nous reviendrons sûrement.

2 Familien Wunderbarer Urlaub
Wir haben hier 2 Wochen lang mit 2 Familien Urlaub gemacht. Dafür ist das Haus perfekt geeignet. Es ist ruhig gelegen und perfekt ausgestattet. Gerade für die Kinder sind viele Spiele vorhanden und sie können sich im Garten frei bewegen. Bei Langeweile kann man die Kühe beobachten ;-) In ca 10-15 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto im Ort, wo alle Geschäfte zu finden sind.
Vielen Dank an Mme Boone für diesen schönen UrlaubNous avons passé deux semaines de vacances ici avec deux familles. La maison est parfaite. Elle est située au calme et parfaitement équipée. Il y a plein de jeux pour les enfants, et ils peuvent courir librement dans le jardin. S'ils s'ennuient, vous pouvez observer les vaches ;-) Le village, où se trouvent tous les commerces, est à environ 10-15 minutes en voiture.
