Aurélie and Pierre welcome you to their home, a charming former inn, part of which has been renovated into a large, cosy studio just for you. Behind the stone facade and beautiful wooden staircase, you'll find well-equipped, modernly decorated accommodation, with a lovely private courtyard planted with greenery, ideal for enjoying an outdoor breakfast as soon as the first rays of sunshine appear. In the heart of the Eure Valley, you'll discover landscapes shaped by the river, why not take a bike ride on the Eure-Express route, linking Chartres to Rouen. Sports enthusiasts will also appreciate access to a private tennis court around 200 m away, and the nearby GR26 hiking trail. Less than 30 kilometers away, Évreux and its shops are within easy reach, as is Giverny and its famous Claude Monet gardens.

1st-FLOOR STUDIO: Entrance to spacious living room, with comfortable sitting area with TV and convertible sofa offering two additional beds. Well-equipped kitchenette and dining area. Sleeping area in the living room, with double bed 140x190, separated from the living room by a screen for privacy. Shower room with toilet. Baby equipment: Umbrella bed, high chair and changing table. The exterior is enclosed (walls and fence) and private: a 30 m² landscaped courtyard with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. Washing machine available in a separate room accessible from the outside. The studio is located in part of the owners' house, with completely independent access. Parking in the owners' garden.
