At the edge of the woods, in the heart of green Countryside, this charming little half-timbered house welcomes you for a truly relaxing stay in a peaceful, unspoilt natural setting. You're in the middle of a large garden planted with trees, just for you, with fields as far as the eye can see where the sheep graze and the farmyard wanders. Comfortable and well-equipped, the Holiday cottage is warm and cozy, with a fireplace and the character of materials such as terracotta floor tiles, parquet flooring and exposed beams, enhanced by warm colors and contemporary decor. The garden is a pretty, bucolic cocoon, with a south-facing terrace for al fresco dining, deckchairs for reading or napping under the trees, fruit trees to pick from in season, and a pretty cottage, a real extra living space with a relaxation or play area. Anne-Laure, attentive to your Wellbeing, will offer you good local farm produce and will be happy to advise you on your visits and walks. She'll also be happy to tell you all about her agroforestry farm.
The area is ideal for Hiking, whether into the valley, the woods or the plain. You're also just a stone's throw from Louviers, a pleasant little City with all the shops and services you could wish for, as well as a wide range of leisure activities including a leisure pool, ice rink, bowling alley, horseback riding and canoeing.

Ground floor: entrance, warm and bright living room with comfortable lounge, modern kitchen and dining area, fireplace. A pretty bedroom with a large double bed (160x200), separable on request, overlooking the garden. Lovely, bright bathroom with large walk-in shower, vanity unit, toilet and towel radiator. On the upper floor, with its sloping ceilings, a relaxation area opens onto the Countryside: a small lounge and a Kids' sleeping area with 2 beds 0.80m or 1 bed 1.60m if you move them closer together. You'll enjoy a vast 1500m² garden with trees and fencing, opening onto fields as far as the eye can see, with farm animals as neighbors: sheep, geese, turkeys and hens; ample parking.
