This beautiful contemporary home, set in a large garden all to yourself, was designed, built, and decorated by Caroline and Didier-Luc to offer you a welcoming, cozy, elegant, and warm vacation retreat. The interior is spacious and comfortable, bright and airy throughout; the charming and creative decor makes the whole place endearing—you’ll simply feel right at home here! The garden is very pleasant and, on sunny days, becomes a room in its own right where you’ll love to spend time—whether in the lounge area on the terrace, on a lounge chair in the shade of the hazelnut trees, or playing on the lawn. Just over a kilometer away, the village of Lieurey is charming, with its shops and Restaurants. The Normandy coast is only 40 minutes away, and there are plenty of beautiful walks to enjoy right around the holiday cottage: the owners will be happy to recommend options based on your preferences.

GROUND FLOOR: The entrance under the awning opens onto a large living area bathed in natural light from its floor-to-ceiling windows: a very well-equipped kitchen behind a cozy bar with stools, a dining area, and a very comfortable living area. Separate half-bath with a sink. Upstairs, a landing with a work area leads to the two attic bedrooms: one with a large double bed (160x200) and the second with two single beds; both offer views of the garden. A beautiful, bright bathroom and a separate half-bath. The house is air-conditioned. You’ll enjoy a large private garden of approximately 1,500 m² on the owners’ spacious, enclosed property: a lovely open space surrounding the holiday cottage, a large terrace with a cozy lounge area, a dining area, sun loungers, and a pleasant shaded spot under the hazelnut trees. Ample parking. An electric vehicle charging station is located 1.4 km away in the village.
