Along the secluded Oison Valley, which winds its way from village to village through meadows and forests, offering stunning scenery, L’Héritage invites you to enjoy a truly relaxing and rejuvenating getaway. This charming house, dating back to 1763, features a large, pleasant garden with plenty of cozy spots to relax, all opening out onto the Countryside and woods, with the river right across the way. Laurence and Gilles have transformed this family home into a lovely, very comfortable retreat. The holiday cottage is bright throughout, the rooms are spacious, and the entire place is very well-equipped and truly functional, with beautiful, unobstructed views of the Countryside everywhere. Careful attention has been paid to the warm and elegant decor, and you’ll feel right at home here! As soon as the weather turns nice, you’ll love enjoying meals on the terrace overlooking the fields and neighboring horses, playing in the spacious garden, or sipping coffee and chatting under the beautifully landscaped covered area, which features a very cozy lounge.
Your walks will take you to the village, which is very pretty and unique, featuring an old chapel converted into a town hall—certainly the smallest in France. Don’t miss a visit to the Moulin Amour, just a stone’s throw away, named after its miller. Laurence will enthusiastically tell you all about this beautiful region that she knows so well.

ON THE GROUND FLOOR: entryway with a coat closet and laundry area (washer and dryer), an elegant living area with the dining room on one side and the living room on the other (fireplace is purely decorative), a very well-equipped kitchen that opens onto the terrace and its dining area, a beautiful, bright double bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and an armchair, a bathroom with a tub and shower, and a separate toilet with a sink. Upstairs, you’ll find two beautiful bedrooms: one with a double bed and an armchair, and the other with two single beds and a desk; plenty of storage space. A large, bright bathroom with a toilet.
You’ll enjoy a large, enclosed garden (electric gate with intercom) covering 1,100 m² surrounding the house, featuring a terrace off the kitchen, a pleasant shaded area under an outbuilding with a lounge area, and a second dining area. Ample parking.
