On the ground floor of the house, the bedroom is very nice and comfortable, overlooking the garden, with a large double bed (160x200) and a spacious and bright bathroom. On the floor of the outbuilding, the detached apartment is a beautiful attic very cocoon area and well furnished in suite with the bedroom, living room and small kitchen ; shower room with wc. The walled garden is very nice, with trees, with nice little areas where to settle on sunny days. Between the countryside and the city, this region offers many sightseeing and recreation. In the heart of the secret and full of charm Avre valley, Cédric warmly welcome you to Hâvre de Saint Germain. It is a beautiful property located in the heart of this very cute little village. At the entrance, the outbuilding, former bread oven, welcomes the small cottage on the ground floor and a comfortable bed and breakfast, real apartment. A little further, the house, traditional farmhouse, is home to another very nice guest room on the ground floor, and welcome you for gourmet breakfasts. You will appreciate the warm atmosphere in a rather modern decor, always with the concern for quality and comfort. For hikers, the GR22 is just down the street ! The others will love this pretty little area of the countryside and its landscapes often at the edge of the water, always close to services and leisures.

5/5Nous avons passé un excellent moment au Havre de Saint-Germain !
Merci à Cédric, notre très sympathique hôte plein d’attention qui nous a merveilleusement bien accueilli.
J’avais même une petite requête à laquelle il m’a répondu qu’il allait voir ce qu’il pouvait faire ... Etant intolérante aux sulfites, j'avais demandé à notre hôte s'il était possible d'accompagner notre menu du soir avec un vin sans sulfites ajoutés. Et à mon arrivée … surprise ! Cédric a réussi à répondre favorablement à ma requête et s'adapter en allant consulter son caviste. Je lui en suis grandement reconnaissante de plus que le vin était excellent !
L’ensemble de notre menu du soir ainsi que le petit déjeuner étaient impeccables, merveilleux et ceux réalisés dans leur ensemble avec des produits faits maisons et locaux.
La nourriture était délicieuse, la qualité des produits est excellente et les prix sont très raisonnables.
Aménagement du gîte très chaleureux et convivial. La table autour de laquelle nous avons partagé notre excellent menu se trouve au bord d’un agréable feu ouvert.
Nous avons très bien dormi. La chambre et la salle de bain sont bien spacieuse et confortable.
Petit plus, nous avons été accueillis avec notre (grand) chien !
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Ideal overnight stop
5/5Cedric was a great host who cooked us a delicious meal ( including a vegetarian option) on arrival and provided a super breakfast. The huge bath was much appreciated as was the garden view. The house is in a lovely village in an ideal location just off the motorway so an ideal place for an overnight stop.

5/5Accueil sympathique, Cédric est à l'écoute et de bons conseils. Nous avons testé la table d'hôte et le petit déjeuner... Cuisine maison savoureuse, et petits déjeuners copieux et de qualité. Chambre très propre et cadre très sympa. Nous avons prévu de revenir. Merci Cédric
