Just three kilometers away, Pont Audemer is the perfect place for a stroll along the banks of the Risle. You'll also find shops and restaurants. Also nearby, the Marais Vernier with its breathtaking scenery and the Brotonne Forest for your walks.

Ground floor: Entrance into large living room with cozy sitting area around wood-burning stove, dining area and well-equipped kitchenette. Bathroom with large shower and separate toilet. FIRST FLOOR: access via a spiral staircase to the hallway leading to the two bedrooms and a second toilet. On the left is the very spacious attic double bedroom with a 160X200 double bed. On the right, the triple bedroom with a double bed 140X190 and a single bed 90X190. Outside, you'll enjoy the enclosed grounds bordered by sheep, as well as the small awning with garden furniture in front of the house. Leisure facilities include darts, boules and badminton.
