A charming guest house with Piscine for a nature break in the Eure Valley!

A nature break in the heart of the Eure Valley, that's the promise of this charming guest house with heated Piscine. Magali and Gilles welcome you to their 1.8-hectare property, where there's no shortage of activities: Swimming, of course, but also table tennis, badminton, pétanque or a visit to Noisette and Aura, the two donkeys in the house! There's something for everyone: sports enthusiasts will love exploring the Hiking and cycling trails in the area, while those who prefer to relax will find plenty of room to do so in the relaxation area or on one of the many deckchairs lining the swimming pool. Every morning, you'll enjoy a delicious breakfast prepared by Magali, with homemade cakes, pastries and savouries to suit all tastes.

Ground floor: Suite located in the owners' house, with separate entrance. Entrance to the sitting area with table and chairs, opening onto the corridor leading to the rest of the suite. Small kitchenette with fridge, coffeemaker, sink and washing machine. First bedroom, also accessible from outside, with double bed 160X200. It gives access to the bathroom, with shower and bath. Second bedroom with two single beds 90X200, which can be made into a double bed 180X200. Sofa and small desk. Separate toilet accessible from the hallway. Breakfast room with pinball, darts and arcade game. Terrace with garden furniture. Covered Piscine (removable shelter) shared with Holiday cottage guests. Dimensions 11X5m, depth 1.60 m to 2 m. Piscine heated to 24°, open from May 1 to September 30. 1.8-hectare grounds with gated access to the River Eure. Equestrian facilities: water-supplied stalls, arena and meadow.
