Set on a lush 1.8-hectare property bordering the river, this holiday cottage offers the perfect setting to recharge with family or friends. On-site, there’s something for everyone to enjoy their stay to the fullest: a seasonally heated indoor Piscine, spacious outdoor areas perfect for relaxation, lounge chairs by the water, table tennis, badminton, pétanque, and the chance to meet Ora and Ouna, the estate’s two donkeys, who are a hit with young and old alike. Nature lovers can explore the hiking trails and bike routes that crisscross the valley. Those seeking tranquility can enjoy the park, the terrace, or a quiet moment reading by the river. Inside, the holiday cottage offers a warm and modern atmosphere, designed for comfort in every season. When winter arrives, it’s time for fun get-togethers: a game of darts, arcade games, a raclette night, or simply a cozy break in a soothing setting.

Ground Floor: Entrance onto the veranda with a dining area, leading to the living area with a kitchenette that opens onto the comfortable living room. Two bedrooms: one double bedroom with two 90x200 single beds that can be pushed together to form a 180x200 double bed, and one triple bedroom with a 140x190 double bed and a 90x200 single bed. Bathroom with shower and bathtub; two separate toilets. Laundry room. UPSTAIRS: two bedrooms—one double with a 140x190 double bed, TV, and DVD player, and one triple with a 140x190 double bed and a 90x200 single bed. Bathroom with shower and bathtub. Free and reliable Wi-Fi; baby gear available upon request. Indoor Piscine (with a removable cover) shared with guests of the Bed and breakfast; it measures 11x5m, is 1.60m deep, and is heated to 26°; it is open from May through September.
Outdoor amenities: 1.8 hectares of grounds with secure access to the Eure River, badminton, pétanque, a plancha grill, and a barbecue, plus the donkeys Ora and Ouna. Private and secure parking.
