The pretty living room opens onto the terrace, a pleasant cocoon with dining area and deckchairs, then onto the garden, a large part of which is yours to enjoy.
You're just 4 km from Rugles, a pleasant village along the Risle with shops and an outdoor biological swimming pool.

The ground floor features a bright, well-equipped kitchen, dining area and living room, opening directly onto the terrace and garden. A pretty double bedroom (160x200cm bed), raised by two steps, the other part of the ground floor includes an elegant, modern shower room with a large walk-in shower and a large, bright window, and a separate toilet on the entrance side. ON THE FIRST FLOOR (door at the bottom of the staircase), a lovely attic bedroom with 2 beds (80x200) that can be converted into a double bed on request; a spare cot and a baby bed. You'll enjoy a spacious terrace with dining area and deckchairs, and a large private garden of approx. 5000m² with parking, on a property of almost 4 hectares where Armelle and her family live.
