A beautiful address on the edge of the charming town of Conches en Ouche and its large park (arboretum). This pretty house offers you a beautiful suite in a modern spirit, independent thanks to its outside access, with a garden corner and terrace just for you with garden furniture for a little coffee in the sun and deckchairs for relaxation. One of the highlights is the gourmet breakfast, featuring homemade products, pastries and other sweet treats. Evelyne and Jean-François warmly welcome you to their lovely property. Very active and involved in local life, they will be delighted to point you in the direction of the most beautiful walks.

On the first floor of the house, a family suite is reserved for you, comprising a bedroom (1 double bed) opening onto a large terrace with garden furniture, a sitting room with TV and DVD player, a study and a second bedroom (1 single bed and 1 double bed). Shower room with toilet. Gourmet breakfasts in the large living room with its beautiful fireplace and warm atmosphere, or on the terrace in fine weather. Dynamic little town with shops, green spaces and many tourist attractions, including museums and the remains of the ancient castle.
