This pretty gîte has a lot going for it: comfortable and pleasant, it's just a stone's throw from the charming village of Conches, a lively little town full of character, with a breathtaking view of the Rouloir valley and its arboretum just across the road. Convenient for short errands on foot! Evelyne and Jean-François look forward to welcoming you and telling you all about their lovely region: they'll be happy to point you in the direction of their favorite places to visit or explore. The gîte is completely independent, adjoining their house, with a pleasant 200 m² enclosed garden. Evelyne and Jean-François are real hikers, and will be delighted to accompany you on the pretty little paths in the area.

Ground floor: entrance into the cosy living room, with its dining area and cosy sitting area near the beautiful brick fireplace. Fitted kitchen, shower room with toilet. Upstairs: 2 pretty attic bedrooms overlooking the garden: 2 single beds in one and 1 double bed and 1 crib in the other. Playground nearby and relaxation area just opposite in the large wooded park.
