This 19th-century brick house has been converted into a cosy gîte, offering a relaxing stay in the heart of the Normandy countryside. Ping-pong, badminton and swings: the many outdoor games will delight young and old alike! The icing on the cake: a lovely heated swimming pool in fine weather! Inside, you can relax on the landing, ideal for playing games or reading a book. In the heart of the Pays d'Ouche region, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy unspoilt countryside, with streams and forests that are popular with anglers and hikers alike. Nearby, Conches-en-Ouche, capital of this little corner of Normandy with its half-timbered houses, awaits you. To the west, on the Orne side, discover L'Aigle and its market, one of the largest in France.
Ground floor: Entrance to the living area, divided into three distinct spaces: the kitchen area with its equipment, the dining area opening onto the outdoors, and the comfortable living room with its large sofa and decorative fireplace. Shower room and separate toilet. FIRST FLOOR: Large landing converted into a relaxation area, two bedrooms with double beds (140cm) and armchairs, one bedroom with two single beds (90cm) and desk. WC. Outside, you have access to an enclosed, private 200 m² garden with garden furniture located behind the Holiday cottage, as well as a large shared outdoor space in front of the house. You'll also have access to a heated outdoor Piscine, from June 1 to September 30, weather permitting.

Mmd Fabulous little find
Beautiful converted barn. Well equipped, stunning gardens. Owners were both present on arrival, very welcoming no issues that we didnt speak any French. Pool was fantastic and very much appreciated in thw hot weather. For me only thing that let the house down was it had no air conditioning, but it certainly would not stop me from going back to the property, we are already looking at dates for next year. Lovely little towns close by

Isa et Gilles Séjour ensoleillé
On a passé une semaine sous le signe de la canicule dans ce gîte qui nous a permis de la vivre beaucoup plus sereinement.La piscine est très agréable avec une tonnelle de glycine qui permet d'avoir toujours de l'ombre. Le jardin clos a également toujours une partie à l'ombre grâce au cerisier et à la glycine et c'est vraiment précieux par forte chaleur. Le gîte est idéalement situé pour se promener dans les ravissants villages aux alentours.

Superbe accueil dans ce gîte tout simple mais avec tout le nécessaire!
Le gîte est très fonctionnel, la piscine est super et très bien entretenue! Le gîte n’est pas meublé/equipé dernier cri, à ceux qui cherchent le luxe, passez votre chemin, mais pour nous, tout y était :)
Nous avons eu un temps magnifique. Des chevaux, des poules, des moutons à proximité. Un bac à sable et une plaine de jeux ont fait le bonheur de notre plus jeune fille.
Il y a un beau jardin privatif et un énorme jardin partagé.
Les propriétaires sont accueillants et disponibles pour toutes questions. Nous avons eu un petit soucis durant la location (encore désolée Martine et Jean luc!) mais ils ont été extrêmement compréhensifs.
J’y retournerai avec plaisir, la région est accueillante et les rivières aux alentours sont fraîches et agréables.
Magnifiques forêts dans les alentours.
C’est vraiment super de pouvoir trouver des endroits de vacances à des prix raisonnables!- Cleanliness
