This 19th-century brick house has been converted into a cosy gîte, offering a relaxing stay in the heart of the Normandy countryside. Ping-pong, badminton and swings: the many outdoor games will delight young and old alike! The icing on the cake: a lovely heated swimming pool in fine weather! Inside, you can relax on the landing, ideal for playing games or reading a book. In the heart of the Pays d'Ouche region, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy unspoilt countryside, with streams and forests that are popular with anglers and hikers alike. Nearby, Conches-en-Ouche, capital of this little corner of Normandy with its half-timbered houses, awaits you. To the west, on the Orne side, discover L'Aigle and its market, one of the largest in France.
Ground floor: Entrance to the living area, divided into three distinct spaces: the kitchen area with its equipment, the dining area opening onto the outdoors, and the comfortable living room with its large sofa and decorative fireplace. Shower room and separate toilet. FIRST FLOOR: Large landing converted into a relaxation area, two bedrooms with double beds (140cm) and armchairs, one bedroom with two single beds (90cm) and desk. WC. Outside, you have access to an enclosed, private 200 m² garden with garden furniture located behind the Holiday cottage, as well as a large shared outdoor space in front of the house. You'll also have access to a heated outdoor Piscine, from June 1 to September 30, weather permitting.

Superbe accueil dans ce gîte tout simple mais avec tout le nécessaire!
Le gîte est très fonctionnel, la piscine est super et très bien entretenue! Le gîte n’est pas meublé/equipé dernier cri, à ceux qui cherchent le luxe, passez votre chemin, mais pour nous, tout y était :)
Nous avons eu un temps magnifique. Des chevaux, des poules, des moutons à proximité. Un bac à sable et une plaine de jeux ont fait le bonheur de notre plus jeune fille.
Il y a un beau jardin privatif et un énorme jardin partagé.
Les propriétaires sont accueillants et disponibles pour toutes questions. Nous avons eu un petit soucis durant la location (encore désolée Martine et Jean luc!) mais ils ont été extrêmement compréhensifs.
J’y retournerai avec plaisir, la région est accueillante et les rivières aux alentours sont fraîches et agréables.
Magnifiques forêts dans les alentours.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour au gîte ! Situé au cœur de la nature, cet endroit paisible était parfait pour se ressourcer.
Les enfants ont particulièrement apprécié la zone extérieure avec les balançoires, où ils ont pu s’amuser et se dépenser.Les propriétaires étaient sympathiques et accueillants ; leurs échanges chaleureux ont vraiment enrichi notre expérience.
Leur attention et leur disponibilité ont fait toute la différence.
En résumé, c'était un séjour mémorable, et nous recommandons vivement cet endroit pour ceux qui cherchent à passer du bon temps en pleine nature.- Cleanliness

KaatVA Family holiday
We enjoyed a great week in the gîte perfect for our family of four and dog. The swimming pool was great and nice to swim in, even when the weather wasn't the best. The backgarden is great for quiet reading, and the slide, swings and little playhouse in the big garden were a hit with our 4 year old. The owners are really nice and welcoming, and always there to help. Although it is very quiet, a nice bakery is only about 3 kilometers away and the supermarket is a 10-15 minute drive.

Très bon accueil les propriétaires sont sympa Le rez-de-chaussée est un peu étroit pour 6 adultes mais tout c'est bien passé et nous avons profité de la piscine malgré un temps incertain A recommander
