You're just 500 meters from the shops and a stone's throw from the voie verte, with its 10 km of waterside walks for walkers, cyclists, joggers and rollerbladers, and the presence of the fiber optic cable.

FIRST FLOOR: 4 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200, 4 single beds including 2 90x200), lovely shower room with large shower and toilet. Enclosed garden of 230 m². The gîte, in a quiet residential area, is completely independent, although adjoining a house via the garage. Ecologically aware, Isabelle has made it an LPO (Ligue pour la Protection des Oiseaux) refuge.
