Les Marronniers

In the Normandy bocage, on the outskirts of a pleasant little town, Les Marronniers is an elegant country house dedicated to vacations, rejuvenation and Wellbeing. Artistic craftsman Olivier has renovated this old timber-framed building in the style of a fine coastal residence: original colors, carved woodwork, tiles, pretty dormers and a judicious overhang. Sylviane imagined a warm interior, inspired by these traditional longères, in order to preserve this soul, integrating natural colors and trendy details, and above all a high level of comfort. The result: space, light, cocooning, top-notch equipment and lots of little corners for everyone, inside and out, where you can relax, play, finish your favorite book or observe nature: birds, neighboring cows and passing deer. The real Normandy, between Sea, Countryside and Heritage, 25 minutes from the famous beaches of Deauville, Trouville and Honfleur! Shops in Epaignes are just around the corner.

Ground floor: large living room with entrance (checkroom), well-equipped kitchen next to dining area and living room; wood-burning stove for warmth and ambiance. A lovely blue-toned bedroom with a 180x200 bed that can be separated on request. Large bathroom with walk-in shower, double washbasin and separate toilet. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. FIRST FLOOR: the staircase leads to a landing with, on one side, a real office overlooking the Countryside and, on the other, a Kids' play area. A large bedroom with indus' decor and double bed (160x200) and cradle, then 2 small attic bedrooms for 1 person (each with a 90x200 bed). Second shower room with toilet. The house is set in a large 1800 m² garden bordering a meadow: wooden terrace, dining area, deckchairs and a real relaxation lounge.
For heritage lovers, Le Bec-Hellouin, Lisieux or the Château d'Harcourt arboretum. 17 km away, Cerza Zoo or 2 km away, the Biodiversity trail to Cormeilles and its local produce.
