In the Normandy bocage, on the outskirts of a pleasant little town, Les Marronniers is an elegant country house dedicated to vacations, rejuvenation and Wellbeing. Artistic craftsman Olivier has renovated this old timber-framed building in the style of a fine coastal residence: original colors, carved woodwork, tiles, pretty dormers and a judicious overhang. Sylviane imagined a warm interior, inspired by these traditional longères, in order to preserve this soul, integrating natural colors and trendy details, and above all a high level of comfort. The result: space, light, cocooning, top-notch equipment and lots of little corners for everyone, inside and out, where you can relax, play, finish your favorite book or observe nature: birds, neighboring cows and passing deer. The real Normandy, between Sea, Countryside and Heritage, 25 minutes from the famous beaches of Deauville, Trouville and Honfleur! Shops in Epaignes are just around the corner.
Ground floor: large living room with entrance (checkroom), well-equipped kitchen next to dining area and living room; wood-burning stove for warmth and ambiance. A lovely blue-toned bedroom with a 180x200 bed that can be separated on request. Large bathroom with walk-in shower, double washbasin and separate toilet. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. FIRST FLOOR: the staircase leads to a landing with, on one side, a real office overlooking the Countryside and, on the other, a Kids' play area. A large bedroom with indus' decor and double bed (160x200) and cradle, then 2 small attic bedrooms for 1 person (each with a 90x200 bed). Second shower room with toilet. The house is set in a large 1800 m² garden bordering a meadow: wooden terrace, dining area, deckchairs and a real relaxation lounge.
For heritage lovers, Le Bec-Hellouin, Lisieux or the Château d'Harcourt arboretum. 17 km away, Cerza Zoo or 2 km away, the Biodiversity trail to Cormeilles and its local produce.

Vorneweg „Wir sind von dieser Unterkunft einfach nur begeistert“!
Hinter der korallenroten Haustüre erwartete uns eine Atmosphäre voller Charme und Wärme, perfekt für entspannte Tage. So richtig Ferien für die Seele. Das Haus ist wirklich grosszügig eingerichtet und es fehlte uns an überhaupt nichts. Neben der sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche, den geräumigen und hellen Duschräumen sind auch die perfekten Betten zu erwähnen. Wir fühlten uns in allen Belangen von Beginn an ausgesprochen wohl. Wir waren zu zweit hier, das Haus ist aber auch perfekt für eine Familie mit Kindern eingerichtet.
Ein grosses Dankeschön und ein riesiges Kompliment für dieses grandiose Haus an die sympathischen Gastgeber Sylviane und Olivier.

Oase van rust. Fantastische huis waar niks ontbreekt. Eigenaren erg behulpzaam en zeer vriendelijk. Tip verblijf. Mooie basis voor leuke uitstapjes in Normandië te verkennen. Terrein is omheind wat geweldig was voor onze hondje.

Excellent séjour en famille puis entre amis. Unanimité sur le Gite : beau, qualité des matériaux, bien aménagé et bien équipé. Accueil chaleureux. En bonus, temps quasi-estival fin avril. Que du bonheur !

Het is een schitterend huis, van alle gemakken voorzien op een toplocatie. We hebben verschillende plaatsen in de omgeving bezocht, allemaal binnen 30 tot 40 minuten aan te rijden. Ook de invasiestranden zijn vanaf daar goed aan te rijden. Het huis was perfect, superschoon en zelfs aan alles voor de honden was gedacht. Zeer aardige eigenaren, kortom absoluut een aanrader!!

Florence Séjour en famille à Epaignes
Très beau gîte au calme, propre, chauffé, lumineux et parfaitement équipé. Menuiseries et finitions haut de gamme, accueil chaleureux et attentionné des propriétaires. Nous y avons passé une excellente semaine, à renouveler sans hésitation. Nombreuses randonnées aux alentours pour les amateurs.
