As you wind your way through the winding roads of the Pays d'Auge, in a bocage setting with a distinctly Norman accent, you'll fall under the spell of this very old 18th-century house. Elegant with its colorful half-timbered walls and set off by a pretty, large garden with apple trees and flowerbeds, it offers a very pleasant ambience: you'll love the sometimes old-fashioned atmosphere of a decor that gives pride of place to antique or family furniture and objects, highlighting the old beams and floor tiles, but in a very contemporary spirit: lightened furniture, trendy colors, club armchairs, modern bathroom and kitchen, very well equipped indeed. As for leisure activities, you'll enjoy outdoor games or the outbuilding, as well as a fine collection of bicycles of all sizes, ready to be ridden on the surrounding paths, why not as far as Cormeilles, a typical and adorable little town not to be missed, perfect for your shopping!

GITE DE PLAIN PIED: entrance to the bright, well-equipped kitchen-dining room; separated by wooden panels, the comfortable south-facing living room looks out onto the garden. Two pretty bedrooms have direct access to the garden: one is a twin, with 2 80x200 beds that can be converted into a double if required, and the other is a double, with a 2-person bed and a pretty Norman wedding wardrobe. Separate bathroom and toilet. You'll enjoy a very large garden of approx. 5000 m², with fruit trees and flowers in summer. An outbuilding is available for bikes or motorcycles; bikes of all sizes for young and old are also available, as well as a pétanque court, balls, skittles and croquet, badminton, darts and swings under the apple trees.
