This is the ideal vacation home for your tribe! You'll find plenty of space inside and out, lots of games for young and old, and a relaxation and well-being area for all, with year-round spas and a swimming pool in fine weather: it's all here, in a "countryside" setting on the edge of the forest, with even a donkey and goats to keep you company. Amélie and her family have designed this place just for them, with all the little touches we love to find. You'll love the warm interior, where everyone will find their own favorite corner, from the veranda opening onto the garden, with its children's play area, to the large, cosy living room with its wood-burning stove, and the "leisure" room with table soccer and billiards. The huge garden features a play area (ping-pong, tree house, trampoline, swing, slides, tractors, sandbox, balls, etc.) and a really pleasant relaxation area.
The Charentonne valley is well worth exploring, as is Broglie, 3 km away, perfect for shopping!

HOUSE: entrance, veranda with kitchen/dining room opening onto the garden, convivial living room with fireplace (pellet insert), double bedroom with corner shower room and wc (closed), 2nd independent shower room with wc. Upstairs, the landing leads to 4 bedrooms: 2 triples (single bed and double Bunk beds), one with double bed and balcony, and one with 2 single beds; bathroom with wc. OUTBUILDING: on the ground floor, an attractive leisure room with bay windows opening onto the terrace, featuring billiards, table soccer and Kids' games, shower room and toilet. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with sloping ceilings: 1 double bed on one side and 4 single beds on the other. The garden is fully enclosed (5500m²) and has direct access to the Forest for walks. The above-ground swimming pool (9x4m) is heated and available from May to September inclusive. Parties are forbidden for the respect of neighbors.
