A perfect little gîte for a Normandy getaway for two!

In the heart of Bourg Achard, this former Restaurant has been completely renovated, but has not lost its tourist vocation! Sébastien has created five Holiday cottages, including this one, located on the first floor of this beautiful half-timbered building typical of Normandy. The name "Lupin" is also a tribute to the region, in reference to Arsène Lupin, the romantic character emblematic of nearby Étretat. Ideal for a getaway for two, this pretty Holiday cottage welcomes you in a modern, cocooning atmosphere. You'll be staying right in the center of town, a stone's throw from shops and restaurants. A little further afield, the Boucles de la Seine Normande Regional Nature Park offers breathtaking scenery and a beautiful "route des chaumières". Hikers will be delighted by the nearby GR23 trail, while those seeking a more urban lifestyle will appreciate the proximity of Rouen, its cathedral, Museums and Jardin des Plantes.

GITE DE PLAIN PIED: Entrance at the rear of the building, from the terrace. Lovely, spacious living room with comfortable lounge and connected TV, well-equipped kitchen area with dining area. Small office area. Beautiful bedroom with double bed (160x200). Bathroom accessible via the bedroom through a glazed door. Separate toilet accessible via the kitchen area. The gîte is located in a large building with its own entrance, and is adjoined by another four-person gîte (ref 1450) whose entrance is at the front of the building. You'll enjoy a 270 m² shared courtyard and the gîte's own terrace, with garden furniture for enjoying sunny days. On the parking side, the courtyard has a large wooden carport and a parking space at the rear, adjoining the neighbor's garden. For your laundry needs, there's a shared laundry room.
