A small, comfortable gîte for a successful Normandy holiday!

In the heart of Bourg Achard, this former Restaurant has been completely renovated, but has not lost its tourist vocation! Sébastien has created five Holiday cottages, including this one, located on the first floor of this beautiful half-timbered building typical of Normandy. The name "Hugo" is also a tribute to the region, in reference to the nearby Maison Vacquerie, a museum dedicated to Victor Hugo. Inside, the green and camel-toned decor immerses you in a natural, modern atmosphere. You'll be staying right in the center of town, a stone's throw from shops and restaurants. A little further afield, the Boucles de la Seine Normande Regional Nature Park promises breathtaking scenery and a beautiful "route des chaumières". Hikers will be delighted by the nearby GR23 trail, while those seeking a more urban lifestyle will appreciate the proximity of Rouen, its cathedral, Museums and Jardin des Plantes.

ON ONE LEVEL. Entrance from terrace. Living room with large leather sofa and connected TV, well-equipped kitchen and dining area. Behind the living room, you'll find a sleeping area with 2 beds 80x200 (which can be made into a double bed 160x200 if required), whose glass roof can be closed with a blind to create a separation from the living area. Bedroom with double bed (160x200) overlooking the rear courtyard. Lovely bathroom with large shower and toilet. The Holiday cottage is located in a large building with its own entrance, and adjoins another 2-person Holiday cottage (ref 1451) which is entered from the rear. The terrace is entirely dedicated to you, with garden furniture for fine weather. There's also a 270 m² shared courtyard. On the parking side, the courtyard has a large wooden carport and a parking space at the rear, adjoining the neighbors' garden. A shared laundry room is available for your laundry needs.
