Right in the heart of Bourg Achard, this fully-renovated former restaurant has lost none of its tourist appeal! Sébastien has created five Holiday cottages, including "Auguste", located on the first floor of this beautiful, typically Norman half-timbered building. Each one pays homage to an emblematic figure from a local area: here we're thinking of "Auguste" Perret, famous architect of the City of Le Havre. Ideal for a getaway for one or two, this Holiday cottage is a small studio but offers real comfort: living room, office area, real kitchen, quality bed and beautiful bathroom, all with your comfort in mind. It's a very pleasant place to stay, decorated with care and inspired by nature.
You're right in the center of town, a stone's throw from shops and restaurants. Nearby, the Boucles de la Seine Normande Regional Nature Park promises breathtaking scenery and its "route des chaumières", as does Rouen, a superb city not to be missed. For hikers, the GR23 is 3.5km away.

Studio apartment located on the first floor of the large building. It offers a bright room with a view over the village and, although small, the various spaces expected for real comfort: the comfortable living room with its connected TV, the very well-equipped kitchen and even a real office corner. The sofa converts to a comfortable double bed, and the coffee table can be raised for meals. Attractive bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit and toilet; towel heater. The entrance on the ground floor leads to the first floor and its 3 Holiday cottages, including this one. There's a 270 m² shared courtyard with garden furniture for enjoying sunny days. On the parking side, the courtyard has a large wooden carport and your own parking space at the rear. There's a shared laundry room on the ground floor.
