Sébastien has created five Holiday cottages, including "Jeanne", located on the first floor of this beautiful, typically Norman half-timbered building. Each pays homage to an emblematic figure of the region. Ideal for a couple's getaway, this Holiday cottage has plenty of charm, with its modern indus' ambience of metal and brick walls, cocooning leather sofa and beautiful black-and-white bathroom. It's a studio, but it's spacious and has everything! Living room, study, real kitchen, sleeping area, all with your comfort in mind.
You're right in the center of town, a stone's throw from shops and restaurants. Nearby, the Boucles de la Seine Normande Regional Nature Park promises breathtaking scenery and its "route des chaumières", as does Rouen, a superb city not to be missed. For hikers, the GR23 is 3.5km away.

Studio apartment located on the first floor of the large building. It offers a spacious and bright room (double exposure) with different areas for real comfort: the comfortable living room with its connected TV, the kitchen equipped like a large one with its dining area (table and high stools) as well as a real office area. The sofa converts to a comfortable double bed. Attractive bathroom with large walk-in shower, vanity unit and toilet; towel heater. The entrance on the ground floor leads to the first floor and its 3 Holiday cottages, including this one. You'll enjoy a 270 m² shared courtyard and a dedicated space on the terrace with garden furniture to enjoy sunny days. On the parking side, the courtyard has a large wooden carport and your own parking space at the rear. A shared laundry room is available on the ground floor.
