Nestled in the picturesque Eure valley, full of charm with its open, rolling countryside and traditional villages, this contemporary house is home to this charming little gîte. Make yourself comfortable in the garden furniture and enjoy the view over the surrounding meadows or ponds, in a peaceful setting. The gîte is comfortable, well-equipped, spacious and bright; you'll love the warm, modern ambience. In the garden, you'll find everything you need to make the most of your stay: a dining area, a real lounge and deckchairs for a nap, plenty of space to stretch your legs and a few games (a small slide, petanque balls and a tree house for the little ones). With a little patience, you'll even have the pleasure of watching deer come to eat in the nearby meadow! Odile will give you a warm welcome and recommend the most beautiful walks in this beautiful region.

The gîte adjoins the owner's home. Entrance on ground floor to large, bright living room with sitting area, comfortable dining area and kitchenette (one step up to kitchenette). Lovely bathroom with large walk-in shower and separate toilet. UPSTAIRS: spacious bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200) and 2 single beds (90x200), desk and large closet. Cot available on request. You'll enjoy a separate entrance to the property, with your own parking space, and a private garden of approx. 500 m² on the large 1000 m² property, bordering private ponds (fenced). Deckchairs and a real lounge for relaxing, plus a few games for children.
