Here you are in the heart of Pacy-sur-Eure, a lovely, dynamic little town with friendly shops, in a quiet neighborhood. Armelle, an artist, and Norbert have skilfully fitted out this pretty little gîte to create a truly warm, charming and original place: the brickwork echoes the beautiful modern staircase, the resolutely modern elements the reworked antique furniture, in a vintage chic spirit. Outside, a real private space with 2 terraces and a small garden, both landscaped.
Entrance from the terrace on the ground floor into the living room with dining area and well-equipped kitchenette. Shower room with toilet. Upstairs, the pretty attic bedroom (1 x 160x200 double bed) opens onto a cosy sitting room with TV. Private garden (80 m²) with terrace in front of the gîte and a second, landscaped terrace with lounge furniture. Parking on the property. Lovely views over the valley and the town bell tower in the distance. Adjoining another gîte.

Montagnac Great Choice
We had a lovely holiday at Les Flotteurs. The gite is very well presented, clean and comfortable, with a view across the Eure Valley and to Pacy. The kitchen is very well equipped. There is a pretty front garden with a terrace and a shady, sheltered area for relaxation. The owners are very nice. There is a baker 3 minutes' walk away. Pacy (walk or drive) is a lively and friendly town, with a fromagerie, butchers, bars, boulangeries and a Thursday market. Also 3 supermarkets. The town has a thriving vintage car club and there is also a special Eure Valley railway which operates in the summer. Nearby you can visit Chateau di Bisy (take a picnic, as the grounds are extensive), Vernon, Evreux and the Gardens at Giverny. Plus lots more. We'll go again.

Marie sejour au calme
Gîte à proximité du village, on peut y aller à pied, le marché avec les producteurs locaux très bien
gîte très propre et au calme et bien décoré, très agréable pour manger sur la terrasse avec le coin pelouse, nous avons passé un bon week end, MME LEPETIT est très accueillante et disponible , nous recommandons cette location- Cleanliness

Robert A delightful gîte in a great location
Les Flotteurs is an attractive little place, perhaps a bit of a "work in progress" at the moment. Interior is nicely furnished, reasonably well equipped and situated in a quiet street on the edge of this interesting town. The bed is comfortable and with good quality linen. The sloping ceilings and roof beams upstairs could be a problem for some, as could the curved staircase when going downstairs to the (excellent) shower/toilet room at night. The upstairs sitting area is comfortable for relaxing and there is a good tv. There is an attractive garden area by the front door, with table & chairs & large parasol plus a further shady sitting area a little further away. The area at the rear of the property is awaiting further work. There is off-road parking and a spacious laundry room with washer and dryer. An excellent boulangerie is within three minutes walk. We enjoyed a quiet week here and especially enjoyed sitting outside in the warm autumn weather (although the chairs could perhaps be more comfortable) and would happily visit here again.
