This pretty house is ideally located! Here, you'll enjoy the calm of the countryside and its relaxing atmosphere, while staying just a few streets from the center of Beuzeville, where shops and restaurants await you. While this small town boasts typical Norman charm, with its cider mills and half-timbered houses, the nearby Côte Fleurie is a must! Less than fifteen kilometers away, Honfleur, its port and its beaches are yours to discover. After a day of discovery, the gîte's terrace awaits you for a convivial meal, or a simple coffee while the younger ones enjoy the swings at the bottom of the garden. In winter, the fireplace is the perfect place to share warm moments with family and friends, for an evening of reading or board games.

Ground floor: Entrance to living room with sitting area around fireplace and fitted kitchen opening onto dining area. Bathroom with washing machine and separate toilet. UPSTAIRS: two bedrooms with parquet flooring, the spacious pink one with two single beds (90x190) and a cot, and the yellow one with a large double bed (160x200) and a single bed (90x190). Separate toilet with washbasin. Outside, a pretty terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers awaits you. The 400m² garden is planted with trees. For children, there's a swing set with two swings at the bottom of the garden.
