On the heights of the Risle valley, with a lovely dominant view, the house offers a calm and very pleasant environment. Restored with great care, it retains the character of half-timbered houses while benefiting from very contemporary decoration. The pleasant, light-filled ambience provides an undeniable sense of well-being for a peaceful stay. The forest of Montfort-sur-Risle offers many marked trails in the immediate vicinity, and major sites such as Pont-Audemer and the Bec Hellouin abbey are within easy reach.
First floor: Large living room opening onto the garden, sitting area with wood-burning stove and modern, well-equipped kitchen. Bathroom with toilet and large walk-in shower, bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200. Upstairs: a large, partially partitioned family room with 4 single beds (90x190). WC with washbasin. 2500 m² enclosed garden with outdoor games (table tennis, table soccer).

Normandy Cadre très apaisant et vue magnifique
Semaine très apaisante, quel plaisir de se mettre au vert dans cette jolie maison Normande, la vie magnifique va nous manquer. Nous avons été accueilli très agréablement par le propriétaire, qui nous a laissé profiter pleinement du lieu ensuite. Le village est charmant et près de jolis lieux à visiter. Calme nuit et jour et son du clocher et du coq au loin au réveil, le bonheur !

terrymo disappointing experience
the view from the gite is fantastic! However the gite was not clean (spiderwebs behind the chairs, oven dirty, floor not, or not sufficiently, vacuum cleaned, bbq very dirty). Garbage container was full with bags of previous occupants. All in all, we were a bit disappointed in the way the house was prepared for us. The house has no blinds on the outside and the curtains do not block the sunlight so we woke up quite early. We expected more from a 3-epice gite!
