Nestled in the valley, on the edge of a small lane, this large timber-framed house is an invitation to relaxation and Wellbeing, perfect for a nice break with family or friends. Spacious, convivial and comfortable, it offers a contemporary decor skilfully blended with antique furniture. You'll enjoy a 1000 m² enclosed garden, a superb setting with the property's park and, for a moment of total relaxation, a 3-person Spa in an outbuilding right next door. Plenty of board games and games in the garden, table soccer, lovely walks from the Holiday cottage, and at the end of the road a lovely space to relax and why not take a dip in the river.

Ground floor: kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace, bedroom (1 double bed and 1 single bed), shower room, wc, linen room. FIRST FLOOR: relaxation area on landing, 4 bedrooms (3 double beds, 5 single beds, 2 baby beds), bathroom and shower room with toilet. DVD-Blue Ray player. Table soccer. Petanque court. Numerous walks in the Forest or along the river nearby.

    Endroit ideal pour moment en famille

    La maison est superbe! Elle est toute équipée,et très spacieuse! On s’y sent très bien! Le jardin est top et sécurisé avec des enfants!

    8ième été aux Côteaux de la Risle

    Cet été, quelques petites mésaventures chien, brebis, canard n'ont en rien entamé la stoïcité de nos hôtes, Françoise et Pascal...que nous retrouvions pour la huitième année d'affilée maintenant! La baignade en accès direct dans la Risle, avec paddle et épuisettes apportés par grands et petits, reste l'un des atouts majeurs de leur gîte pour nos enfants et petits-enfants, plus le ping-pong, plus la pétanque, plus le baby-foot, plus les vélos mis à disposition, plus l'espace vital de la maison: que dire de plus sinon merci et à l'année prochaine?

    Les années passent et vous restez fidèles au gîte. Que de souvenirs et histoires quelquefois cocasses avec vous ! Cette année, le canard de compagnie a égayé nos journées... A l'année prochaine
