Set in a quiet hamlet, "Les Chaumières de Fort-Moville" welcomes you to a magnificent garden surrounded by trees and hedges, with a superb view of the Saint-Maclou hillside. Put down your suitcases and enjoy! All yours, the traditional, half-timbered, thatched farmhouse and its outbuilding are perfect for a rejuvenating stay with your tribe: beautiful living spaces in a Countryside atmosphere with a touch of the past, games of table soccer or hide-and-seek in the garden, relaxing in the fresh air watching the squirrels, resting or playing by the Piscine: it's superb, indoor and heated all year round! The region is very pleasant, between Pont-Audemer and its canals and Beuzeville, perfect for shopping. Plenty of beautiful walks in the surrounding area. Honfleur 25 minutes away, Deauville 35 minutes.

LA LONGERE: ground-floor entrance to living room with sitting area (TV with bouquet and Netflix), fireplace and dining area opening onto kitchen. Next door, the glassed-in pool area opens onto the panoramic terrace with lounge area; shower room with toilet. Still on the ground floor, the "roses" bedroom overlooks the garden. Upstairs, a small lounge leads to 2 bedrooms: the "campagne" with study area, and the "mer" with en-suite shower room and toilet. THE OUTBUILDING: entrance with mini-kitchen for preparing breakfast, living room with table soccer, the "Empire" bedroom with study, and a shower room with toilet. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, "Flore" and "Faune", and a bathroom with toilet. The half-hectare property is entirely private. The swimming pool is inside the dwelling: 8.2 x 3.1 m, heated all year round to 28°C.
