LES CEDRES

At the gateway to Normandy, this elegant outbuilding of the neighboring château has retained all the typical character of this pretty region in the Avre valley. Today, it's a fun, warm and original vacation home, furnished in the spirit of a large loft with contemporary accents; the result: lots of space thanks to open-plan living areas and a contemporary decor, all in luminous white enhanced by pretty touches of color. Very comfortable, the gîte is well-equipped and really pleasant to live in; independent, it offers superb views over the countryside with fields as far as the eye can see. There's also a large walled garden, just for you, and a courtyard that can be used as an extra room in fine weather.
Your walks will take you as far as the Avre, just below, or a little further to Verneuil-d'Avre-et-d'Iton, with its rich architectural heritage. Carla and Jonathan, your neighbors, will be happy to guide you to the many leisure activities and good deals on offer in the area.

Detached house with raised second floor: from the porch, entrance to the well-equipped kitchen-dining room with comfortable dining area. The staircase leads up to the attic floor to a landing that opens onto the living room with its large corner sofa. On one side is the large bedroom, all in white, with a 160x200 double bed. On the other, a few steps lead down to 2 bedrooms: one for 2 people, a twin (90x200) and the other for one person with a 140x190 bed. Bathroom with large shower; separate toilet. There's a large, nicely landscaped courtyard with a dining area and barbecue. The large walled garden (approx. 1700 m²) is entirely private. Games: ball, table tennis and darts. For everyone's well-being, please do not smoke outside.
