You're in the heart of Pacy-sur-Eure, a lovely, dynamic little town with friendly shops, but in a quiet neighborhood. Armelle, an artist, has put her heart and soul into the design of this very comfortable gîte: the result is chic and warm, both resolutely modern in its decor and layout, and original with its antique furniture and objects brought up to date. You'll enjoy real private outdoor spaces, at the back with a pretty terrace or in front of the house with a terrace and small landscaped garden.

Ground floor: entrance, lovely living room with well-equipped kitchen, then sitting room with skylight leading to the lovely private terrace at the rear of the house with relaxing furniture, lovely double bedroom with 160x200 bed, shower room with large walk-in shower and separate toilet with washbasin. Upstairs, a pretty attic bedroom with 3 single beds and a lovely view of the valley and town. Second private terrace and small garden (100 m²) in front of the gîte, adjoining a small 2-person gîte.
