Located between La Vieille Lyre and Breteuil, this charming gîte welcomes you to the heart of the Pays d'Ouche, a secret corner of Normandy. You'll be staying in a village in the middle of a forest, ideal for hiking. This detached house, located close to the farm where chickens, geese and ponies roam, offers you a large private enclosed garden of 2000 m². A wide range of games awaits you, from the portico to badminton and pétanque, for the enjoyment of young and old alike. For convivial moments, there's a semi-covered terrace with garden furniture. In cooler weather, the sitting area with fireplace is the ideal cocoon. Finally, in an annex to the gîte, you'll find a games room just for you, with a small relaxation area, pool table and table soccer.

Ground floor: entrance to large living room with sitting area around fireplace, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen. Bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room. It communicates with another bedroom with a single bed and a changing table. 2 toilets. UPSTAIRS: two bedrooms: one in yellow tones with two single beds, the other in marine style, with double bed, crib and TV. Bathroom with double washbasin and separate toilet. Outside, an enclosed garden with plenty of games: swing, table tennis, pétanque... You'll also enjoy a pretty terrace with garden furniture. Garage for a small car.
