Welcome to "les 2 frênes", a real vacation home with a chill vibe, designed to make your stay a real moment of relaxation and conviviality. From the moment you step through the front door, you'll feel as if you're in a cocoon, and you'll quickly want to adopt it! You'll love the charm and gentleness of this traditional house, set at the end of a walled stone garden, with its little flowered corners, its wisteria, its large terrace with various seating areas, a large convivial table and deckchairs, as well as its swimming pool in fine weather and plenty of games. The interior is warm and comfortable, with a hushed ambience of soft tones and beautiful materials. You'll love the privileged location in the picturesque Eure valley, close to Monet's gardens, the Impressionist museum in Giverny, the Gaillard and Roche-Guyon castles, the Léry-Poses water sports center, the canoeing center in Autheuil Authouillet and quality restaurants.
Ground floor: entrance to bright, welcoming living room with wood-burning stove, well-equipped modern kitchen and dining area overlooking the garden. Elegant bedroom overlooking the small terrace (160x200 bed and desk area), shower room with large walk-in shower and double basin; separate toilet. Direct access to the lane at the rear of the gîte leading to the village. FIRST FLOOR: a corridor leads to the 2nd shower room with wc, then to the small green bedroom (2 single beds) and a 2nd travel-style relaxation area: small library corner and board games. The latter opens onto the attic bedroom with exposed beams (bed 160x200). Walled garden with large terrace and games: rackets, molkky, balls, frisbee, darts, pétanque court. City park in the village. Internet TV and Netflix. Access via shared parking lot with owners; motorcycle shelter. Above-ground swimming pool (3.4 m x 2.15 m, 1.17 m deep) from May to mid-September (heated to approx. 25°C).

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful house with its lovely garden. When the weather is less good, the second living room on the upper floor is very pleasant for some extra privacy. We were pleasantly surprised by the well-equipped kitchen. And the owners are exceptionally warm people who are happy to help you in word and deed. Highly recommended, both for visits with family and with friends.
Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse dans cette belle maison au jardin magnifique. Par temps moins clément, le deuxième salon à l'étage est très agréable pour un peu plus d'intimité. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la cuisine très bien équipée. Et les propriétaires sont des personnes extrêmement chaleureuses qui vous aident en paroles comme en actes. Vraiment à recommander, aussi bien pour un séjour en famille qu'entre amis.

accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire le gite est très cosy tout le confort est la pour passer un excellent séjour avec ce temps radieux nous avons profites de la piscine le gite est bien situe pour visiter les sites (Giverny les Andelys ….. ) merci pour le pot de confiture qui a ravi nos papilles

Typhanie Séjour chez Maryline
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille chez Maryline. Le logement est très bien équipé, il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer le meilleur séjour. Le jardin est très agréable tout comme la piscine. Il y’a même une bouée pour les bébés c’est très bien pensé. Maryline est adorable et au petit soin. Nous y retournerons les yeux fermés :).
